A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding & Implementation to lead customer onboarding functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the onboarding team, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction
• Own and evolve the onboarding strategy to ensure scalable and personalized experiences for various customer segments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for customers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing onboarding or implementation teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs for high-growth SaaS companies
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and customer success best practices
• Technical aptitude with familiarity in SaaS platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce
