Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Enrollment and Eligibility Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and reconcile enrollment errors and discrepancies
• Prepare, process, and maintain new member or group enrollments while responding to eligibility inquiries
• Perform basic clerical functions and assist with quality and productivity improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Stable work experience with proficient computer skills
