Required Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience as an attorney with expertise in regulatory compliance
• Experience managing legal personnel and setting clear goals for the team
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and make complex decisions
• Ability to evaluate complex regulations and identify compliance requirements
• Experience in building and implementing compliance systems and processes
