Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Employment & Litigation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel to the People team on employment-related matters and compliance with employment laws
  • Manage employment and commercial litigation, including overseeing outside counsel and developing legal strategies
  • Assist with negotiation and review of SaaS agreements and other commercial contracts
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house counsel experience
  • Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and experience in managing litigation
  • Exposure to SaaS contracting and commercial transactions
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
