Provide international trade counseling related to government contracts and the defense industry
Work on an ad hoc/assignment basis with large national and international companies
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience from top or mid-tier law firms
Up-to-date knowledge of tariffs and changes in tariffs
Experience with CFIUS, Treasury Department Foreign Sanctions, and Technical Assistance Agreements
Experience with commodity jurisdiction requests to US Government Agencies
Client-centric and commercially minded with adaptability
