Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Director to lead the global deal support function within the Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Deal Desk team to support enterprise and strategic deal structuring
  • Define and enforce deal governance policies, pricing strategy, and approval workflows
  • Oversee the quote-to-cash process, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in deal desk, commercial operations, or strategic finance roles within enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise SaaS deal structures in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, discounting strategies, and revenue recognition principles
  • Previous leadership role in designing business requirements and deploying a CPQ system
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ, and familiarity with CLM and ERP systems is a plus
