Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to enhance onboarding and training programs for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building scalable onboarding programs to improve new hire productivity
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop targeted training programs addressing knowledge gaps
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Learning & Development roles
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theory
• Experience with sales methodologies and supporting their rollout
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning tools
