Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support continuous calls and digital support channels into the Customer Support Center
• Provide exceptional service to every customer and perform activities related to booking and modifying reservations
• Sell flights and ancillary products while maintaining KPI performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual preferred
• One year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to multitask and navigate complex processes during customer interactions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to provide a safe work environment
