Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
• Process orders and returns, and assist customers with understanding DEXA bone scan results
• Update customer records and provide support through various communication mediums
