Key Responsibilities of our Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting products to local businesses
• Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits
• Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives
• Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value
• Provide insightful business advice and recommendations to clients for improving their operations
• Retain client business by identifying challenges and providing timely resolutions
