A company is looking for a Proof of Claim Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment
• Filing of documents with the Bankruptcy Court and updating client systems
• Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys while maintaining client relations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bankruptcy, Mortgage Servicing, or Accounting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, and attorneys
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
