Customer Support Agent

Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Learn all necessary information provided for the role
• Assist customers through live support (chats, messengers, emails, and possibly phone calls)
• Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
• Schedule: 2 working days/2 days off (8 AM-8 PM, 10 AM-10 PM, 10 PM-08 AM), sometimes can be shift can be 7 AM - 7 PM 

Requirements:

• Languages: Ukrainian and English (good written and spoken communication skills)
• Empathy and stress tolerance
• Responsibility and focus on development and results
• Good basic computer skills

Nice to have:

• iGaming work experience
• Customer Support work experience
