Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect patients with care through primarily outbound calls and manage inbound calls as needed
• Assist callers with inquiries related to appointment scheduling, provider information, and issue resolution
• Document calls and actions taken, and assign tasks to clinic staff for medically related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of healthcare experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
• Experience with health insurance and scheduling
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems independently
