A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality patient care in a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting
