Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Specialist to support collections and loss mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with borrowers to provide account updates and arrange payment plans
• Review applications and authorize closing documents in compliance with investor guidelines
• Monitor compliance with investor guidelines and communicate requirements to borrowers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and property preservation policies
• Knowledge of title and loan modification document preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
