Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Maintenance Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle communication with tenants and owners to ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality assurance standards
  • Manage escalated maintenance issues and respond to tenant and owner inquiries in accordance with service level agreements
  • Coordinate service appointments and follow up on repairs to ensure satisfactory completion by vendors


Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or remote worker
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service in challenging situations
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a flexible schedule
  • Fluency in English and must be based in Argentina
  • Ability to be proactive and empathetic while multitasking
