Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Part-time, fluent English).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
• Assist customers with purchases and handle refunds efficiently
• Maintain working knowledge of the client's products and services

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Experience with CRM systems
• Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
