Virtual Customer Support Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking motivated, independent individuals for a fully remote opportunity as a 1099 Independent Contractor. In this role, you will focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients, understanding their planning needs through consultations, and presenting relevant solutions.

Responsibilities:
? Identify and engage potential clients using various outreach methods.
? Conduct thorough consultations via phone or video conference to accurately assess client needs, goals, and financial situations related to planning.
? Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value of the planning solutions and services offered.
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with enrolled clients, providing appropriate follow-up and support.
? Focus activities on achieving client acquisition targets.
? Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress within the provided CRM system.
? Stay informed about service offerings and industry context using provided product information and optional resources.

Compensation and Structure:
? Compensation: Commission-Based. Earnings are directly determined by your success in enrolling clients into planning solutions. There is no base salary or hourly wage.
? Earning Potential: Uncapped potential directly linked to your performance and results.
? Flexibility: Set your own work hours and work remotely from your preferred location. As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and work methods.

Pay: $8,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month
