Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the tax department, Service Readiness, and new customers
  • Ensure open communication channels with customers and respond to requests timely
  • Become knowledgeable about each customer's expectations and collaborate with internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of customer service, tax, and/or payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
