A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance during critical moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms while providing compassionate customer support
• Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in real-time

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
• Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
