Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to work directly with clients in developing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for site issues and campaign reporting
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, relaying client goals and campaign performance
• Onboard new clients, set expectations, and provide training on optimizing online reputation and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant Account Management experience
• Dental experience is required
• Experience in digital marketing is required
• Data-driven with a focus on helping clients succeed
• Team-oriented with a consultative approach to client relationships
