Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand client issues and escalate them to the appropriate team
• Answer inbound communications from clients with a positive attitude
• Track and clarify client issues within in-house systems to improve service processes

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage customer service or service industry experience
• Successful track record in customer service
• Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite; experience with LOS preferred
