Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Billing/Collections Assistant III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced billing and collection activities, including making collection calls and verifying claims
• Act as Lead IBC Assistant, training and guiding other IBC Assistants
• Handle discounts, adjustments, and charge corrections while ensuring timely payment of claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or insurance
• No specific certifications required
• Driver's license not required
• Post-secondary education preferred but not required
