Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist to manage invoicing and payment processes for services and products provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit timely and accurate invoices to payers for products and services, ensuring proper authorization and documentation
• Evaluate and apply received payments accurately to patient accounts and ensure timely mailing of secondary bills and patient invoices
• Follow up on submitted invoices to ensure prompt payment and address any denials within 48 hours of receipt

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 6 months of previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
