Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 30+ requisitions
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews, extend offers, and facilitate onboarding
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting engineering professionals is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in corporate recruiting is a plus
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ICIMS ATS is highly beneficial
  • Utility/Nuclear industry experience is a major advantage
