Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent
• Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and global benefits programs
• Lead and develop a global team of compensation and benefits professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in total rewards or a related field, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing global total rewards programs across diverse geographic regions
• Deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
