Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pro bono volunteers and coordinate their recruitment and onboarding
• Manage litigation volunteers, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and monitoring progress throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new pro bono initiatives and publicize efforts and impacts

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with pro bono programs in a legal nonprofit, law firm, or law school
• Ability to cultivate and sustain external partnerships
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Access to a quiet workspace with high-speed internet for remote work
