Compliance Risk Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Risk Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and assist business units with policies and procedures
  • Conduct compliance training and coordinate the review of new regulations impacting operations
  • Perform analytics and create reports for business units and GRC Operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 3 years of legal and/or regulatory research and compliance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or 5 years of combined experience in a financial setting
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytical and reporting software
  • Understanding of financial institution compliance, particularly related to branch operations
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
