Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate commercial and government contracts
• Support vendor and production procurement agreements to assist business scaling
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience (law firm, government, or in-house)
• Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple matters with minimal oversight
• Comfort working across functions and time zones in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, technology, and government sectors
