A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Client Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with various business units to meet budgeted revenue and KPI goals
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through training, innovation, and process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven ability to build and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue targets
• Experience in planning and monitoring performance for inside sales teams
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach to sales leadership
• Preferred experience with Sales Engagement Technology
