Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counselor and Clinical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to patients, groups, or families for psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans
• Manage caseload documentation in compliance with regulatory, coding, billing, and organizational policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling
• Preferred experience in mental health and/or substance use work
• One year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience preferred
• Required licenses include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or affiliated training licenses
• Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
