Knowledge Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilitators/Extenders Knowledge Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current practices and identify gaps, risks, and good practices related to the use of programme facilitators/extenders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect and synthesize information on the operational aspects of facilitators/extenders
• Develop documentation and preliminary guidance on the use of facilitators/extenders, including pros and cons and key recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in social sciences, public policy, international relations, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another official UN language is an asset
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in knowledge management or programme management in humanitarian contexts
• Knowledge of programme implementation in development and humanitarian contexts
• Strong analytical skills and experience in documentation and reporting
