Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter + Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
