Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Performance Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the education strategy and training programs for employed and affiliate healthcare providers
• Develop and implement provider-facing content and training delivery methods, ensuring alignment with clinical standards
• Manage training documentation, chart preparation activities, and special projects related to provider performance optimization

Required Qualifications and Education

• Foreign Medical Graduate MD, APRN, or RN License (Full or Limited License)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare education or training
• 2+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment/Documentation Review
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminology
• Experience in educational program development and implementation preferred
