Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring Content Developer, Analyst and Head Start Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and refine monitoring protocols, data collection tools, and reporting templates
• Translate federal performance standards into actionable content for various stakeholders
• Conduct research and support the development or revision of monitoring tools

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, or a bachelor's degree with 12 to 15 years of experience
• Relevant degrees or certifications in Early Childhood Education, Data Management, or Project Management preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in comprehensive report development
• At least 3 years providing subject matter expertise or consultation services
• At least 2 years as a Head Start monitoring reviewer or team leader
