Licensed District Post-Secondary Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Lead Post Secondary Counselor for the South West (Socal/AZ).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual 1:1 teaching and counseling experiences to students in post-secondary preparation
• Mentor students in exploring various post-secondary options and assist with college application processes
• Collaborate with campus teams to organize college and career events and maintain a calendar of opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in Post Secondary Counseling, School Leadership, or related fields
• Advanced Degree (MA, MS, MEd, or higher) in a relevant field and appropriate counseling licenses
• Comprehensive understanding of the college admissions process and alternative post-secondary options
• Experience working with neurodivergent students is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a virtual environment
