Clinical MBSAQIP Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MBSAQIP Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to ensure partner deliverables are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction
• Monitor partner case volumes and adjust resources as needed to meet turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Active MBSCR Certification (2025 MBSAQIP Certification)
• 2+ years of abstraction experience within the MBSAQIP Registry
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases
• 1+ years of experience providing coaching and guidance to teams (preferred)
