Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS Solution Architecture/Professional Services experience
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and others
• Working experience with APIs, Data Warehouses, CDPs, and Cloud Services
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
• Strong customer engagement skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
