Organizational Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant / Legal Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the potential closure of the current US entity and assess alternative locations for a new entity
• Conduct a desk review of internal documents and perform interviews for data collection and analysis
• Draft and finalize reports detailing findings, recommendations, and an implementation plan

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with international NGOs, preferably in human rights or conflict transformation
• Practical experience with decentralized structures such as networks or federations
• Experience in evaluation processes and strategic planning
• Excellent report writing skills in English or Spanish, with proficiency in the other language
• Availability to complete the consultancy within the specified timeframe
