Clinical Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support clinical trials by negotiating contracts and budgets with sites and investigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial protocols and develop investigator cost per patient budgets and site contracts for North America
• Coordinate with Trial Managers to plan site contract negotiations and ensure compliance with Fair Market Value principles
• Research complex legal and business issues to support budget determination and negotiation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation within clinical research
• Experience with clinical trial protocols and budgeting processes
• Strong understanding of Fair Market Value principles and compliance regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in establishing and maintaining effective site relations
