Client Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Sales Representative for Retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals to meet sales targets
• Engage with clients to assess their business needs and present tailored Paychex Retirement solutions
• Utilize technology tools for tracking sales activities and forecasts while collaborating with team members on lead referrals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience with Paychex and completion of required training programs
