• Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop go-to market strategy and key performance metrics
• Lead the Americas Sales Strategy & Operations team, ensuring resource allocation and continuous improvement
• Drive annual planning processes and optimize sales team efficiency through initiatives and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in sales strategy and operations or related fields
• Bachelor of Science degree in business or finance (preferred)
• Experience in building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and BI Visualization tools
• Ability to solve complex business problems with a structured approach
