Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, including revenue cycle recommendations
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage client meeting schedules

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal or external customer service experience
• 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in a healthcare or technical environment
• Intermediate experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables and V Lookups
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to identify future barriers or areas for growth to enhance efficiency
