Client Service Professional

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Professional - Retail Focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales customer contact for order fulfillment and execute print/kitting/distribution orders
• Engage with customers to gather job requirements and translate them into manufacturing instructions
• Lead process documentation efforts and manage client inventory item maintenance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative/operational support experience
• Possession of additional education certification may be preferred
• Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office or MAC word processing and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
