Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Service Rep II to resolve complex medical claims and denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and follows up on complex accounts and claims to ensure resolution
• Contacts insurance companies and patients to verify eligibility and address barriers to payment
• Researches bill disputes and prepares accounts for write-off as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of billing experience
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in using personal computers and internet applications
