A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist - Commercial Auto.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for inbound claims, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
• Review claim documentation, assess situations, and coordinate with involved parties for timely resolution
• Manage claims in compliance with state regulations and company policies while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of insurance experience specializing in adjusting auto claims
• Ability to handle high frequency, low severity auto claims
• Familiarity with estimating platforms for material damage claims
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses are required, especially in New York
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions
