• Recruit and onboard master agents and Technology Service Distributors (TSDs)
• Provide ongoing support and training to maximize agent productivity
• Collaborate with internal teams to align agent efforts with business goals and monitor agent performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management
• Proven track record in managing and onboarding agents
