Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining CRM data.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential target companies using various tools to align with the Ideal Customer Profile
• Conduct multi-channel outreach to engage prospects and gather critical qualification data
• Maintain and enrich contact and company records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 0-3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or SDR/BDR roles
• Experience with CRMs, preferably HubSpot
• Ability to conduct outreach and engage with potential leads
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Mail
• A college degree is preferred, but not required
