Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRC Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor audit project activities for outreach to physician groups and vendors for chart procurement
• Research and resolve non-retrievable chart case inventory
• Review, interpret, audit, code, and analyze medical records and claims related to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC)

Required Qualifications

• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) required
• 3+ years of experience in the health industry, including medical record coding
• Experience with HCC and/or Risk Adjustment coding preferred
• Familiarity with ICD guidelines, CMS rules, and organizational policies
• Ability to work remotely and provide own equipment
