Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Review Processor - Remote (PST hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care Review team
• Enter authorization requests and provider inquiries into the system, including eligibility and benefits verification
• Contact physician offices to request missing information from authorization requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
• Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being a plus
